About Us
Hi! My name is Kelly H. Russo and I am a Disney Destinations Vacation Planner based in Massachusetts. I would love to help you and your family plan a magical Disney Destination vacation!
It all starts with making your reservation. I know how overwhelming planning a Disney vacation can be, and I am here to help every step of the way. From itinerary planning to dining reservations, I want to make planning part of the fun. I am also happy to arrange any special events or private dining arrangements as well. If you have any questions about our services available, please feel free to ask!
Once your reservation is booked, I will send you a welcome packet full of information about your destination and include a few surprises as well. I am constantly checking for discounts so that I can offer you the best value for your vacation dollar. If a better deal comes out we will work to have that code added to your existing reservation.
All of the services that I offer are at no charge to you, and are designed to make your vacation planning as stress free as possible. Should you experience a problem or emergency while you are on vacation, please do not hesitate to give me a call and I will do my best to resolve the issue so that you do not have to take time out of your vacation.
I am a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge and have visited Walt Disney World over thirty five times. I am also affiliated with CLIA (Cruise Line Industry Association).
I have stayed at every Disney resort on the property at least once, and I have experienced club level/concierge at every resort where it is offered. I enjoy traveling with my husband and two sons to Disney several times a year. Seeing the magic through a child’s eyes is something truly special that can only happen at Disney.

My name is Channing Wilson and I am a Disney-vacation-a-holic here to help you plan your next Disney vacation. I am a Disney College of Knowledge graduate and Disney Destination Planner with years of experience with Disney travel. I live in northern Illinois and have three kids – a son 19, and two terrific daughters 10 and 13, and a rascally Newfie puppy. We have made WDW our second home for the past 18 years. Hi my name is Sheila Mascolo. I live in Illinois with my husband and three beautiful daughters. I am a Disney College of Knowledge graduate and seasoned Disney traveler.
To say I am a huge Disney Fan is an understatement. Random yearly trips to Disney World are among my favorite things to do, other than spending time with close friends, shopping, and ebaying. Halloween is one of my preferred times of the year in Disney World. October crowds tend to be lower, and temperatures cooler. My youngest daughter and I go every year and attend “Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Parties” and enjoy dressing up, and having the one on one experiences at the Magic Kingdom.

I have a wide range of Disney experiences including running the Disney half marathon, staying club level at several Disney resorts, and attending Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. My family shares the same Disney passion as I do. My husband and I even honeymooned in Disneyworld, and have gone back on anniversary trips almost every year! My name is Peggy Kellogg. I am and have been a Disney fan for as long as I can remember. There is nothing I enjoy more than sharing my love of Disney with others. I live in Windermere, Florida with my 22 year old daughter. Only a couple miles from Walt Disney World property, we live literally on Disney’s doorstep. From the time my daughter was four years old, Walt Disney World was out very favorite vacation destination. After many visits to Florida, we decided to move as close to the magic as possible. Now, Walt Disney World is part of our lives each and every day. I consider myself a Walt Disney World expert and am a graduate of Disney’s College of Knowledge.
