BestRestaurantnoreservations

It’s a known fact that to get the first pick of reservation times at Disney restaurants, you have to book them six months in advance. But sometimes, we don’t always have the luxury of knowing when we are going to be on vacation, which often leads to a lack of availability at table service restaurants the closer it gets to your vacation dates!

Quick service restaurants to the rescue! Not all theme park food consists of boring burgers, hot dogs, and French fries. Disney dining can be fun and adventurous – you just have to know where to go! So if you ever find yourself in the predicament of not being able to snag a few advanced dining reservations, but you still want to feel like you’re eating non-theme park food, hit up these spots that don’t require reservations!

Sunshine Seasons – Located in Epcot’s Future World, this restaurant boasts of a huge menu ranging from fresh salads, to fish tacos, to slow roasted pork chops… there’s a lot to choose from here and it’s ALL yummy. Sunshine Seasons is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but an early lunch after riding Soarin’ is my personal favorite!

Columbia Harbour House – Located in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom, seafood is key on the menu! Lobster rolls, fried shrimp, New England clam chowder and grilled salmon are among the popular dishes at this quick service location. This is one quick service that I make time for on every trip!

Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafés – American and Asian cuisine are on the menu at this quaint location tucked away in the Asia section of Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park. Cous cous wraps, teriyaki beef bowls and egg rolls…. My mouth is watering just thinking about the menu!

Pinocchio’s Village Haus – This little spot is tucked away in Fantasyland and is a favorite of mine for two reasons – #1 the menu that consists of flatbreads and some of the best pizza you’ll find in a theme park and #2, you can watch boats leaving for It’s A Small World right from your table, if you sit in the right spot! This is such a fun place to relax, unwind and eat some great food!

Earl of Sandwich – This is by far my favorite quick service spot in Disney Springs right now. I love it so much that I ate there twice in one trip! The menu consists of some of the best hot sandwiches I’ve ever had, as well as wraps, salads, and soup!  Even with the ever changing atmosphere of Disney Springs, Earl of Sandwich remains a constant favorite of ours!

BONUS!

Skipper Canteen – This is technically a table service restaurant but it currently only operates on a same day reservation basis. This means you can walk up and easily just wait for a table to open, or visit the restaurant in the morning and make a reservation for later in the day! This is a brand new restaurant in Magic Kingdom and it is not to be missed!
