Disney Junior Play’ n Dine is character breakfast at Hollywood & Vine, located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. On our recent visit we ate there for breakfast. We made reservation in advance using the My Disney Experience app on my smartphone. This has been on my daughter’s wish list for years.
This character dining features Disney Junior’s pals: Jake and the Never land Pirates, Sofia the First, Handy Manny, and Doc McStuffins. This is a very upbeat and interactive breakfast. It was more like a breakfast party! The host leads the guest in singing and dancing throughout breakfast. The characters make their rounds to each table. You have plenty of time for autographs and photos. The interaction between the characters and kids is awesome! The host calls the kids up to dance and sing with the characters. The whole room was singing along to the Disney Junior’s favorite songs.
Breakfast is a buffet. The buffet includes; Mickey waffles, French toast, pancakes, assortment of pastries, scrambles eggs, omelets made to order, bacon, sausage, ham, potato casserole, fresh fruits, yogurt, cold cereal, and a breakfast frittata. There is a cereal bar that features cold cereals and hot oatmeal with a variety of toppings. If you have saved room after breakfast you can make your own sundae at the self-serve ice cream station. You waitress handles your drink order. If you are using a Disney dining plan this will use one table service credit, gratuity is separate. If you are not on a dining plan the price for breakfast ranges from $15.00 to $29.99 depending on the time of year you visit.
