Disney’s Magical express service offers complimentary airport transfers from MCO (Orlando International Airport) to your Disney Resort. UPDATE: Disney’s Magical Express will cease operations January 2022. Your Vacation Planner can assist with alternate transportation options from MCO to your Walt Disney World Resort.
How It Works:
Once you have booked your vacation to Walt Disney World and confirmed your flights, we will reserve the Disney’s Magical Express Transportation. We give Disney your flight information and they will send you a DME (Disney’s Magical Express) booklet with directions about using the service and where you go once you arrive at the airport. You will also receive long yellow tags that you will attach to your luggage, this way when it arrives at MCO Disney will get it for you and go straight to the DME check in area. If you want to pick up your luggage and bring it with you on the motor coach you can, it is up to you.
How do I check in for Magical Express transportation?
If you received Magic Bands for your Disney World vacation, you will need to use these bands to check-in for your Magical Express transportation to the resort. Please be sure to keep these bands in your carry-on luggage so they are easily accessible.
When you land at Orlando International Airport, skip baggage claim and proceed to the Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center in the Main Terminal Building, B side, Level 1. Disney’s Magical Express service will collect your luggage and deliver it directly to your Walt Disney World hotel room within 3 hours after you check in at the resort. Luggage delivery service provided by Disney’s Magical Express is available for flights arriving between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm daily. For airport arrivals after 10:00 pm, Guests may collect their luggage at Baggage Claim and transport it with them on the motor coach. After you check in you will proceed to a motor coach that will take you to your resort, the motor coach can make up to three stops.
