Every time I visit Walt Disney World, I try at least one new place to dine. For my last trip home, I decided one of these restaurants would be 1900 Park Fare. I had heard so many great things and wanted to experience it for myself. I couldn’t decide between breakfast and dinner, so I chose both! Let me share a little about each dining experience and what I loved about them. Things to know about 1900 Park Fare:  This restaurant is located on the Deluxe Resort monorail loop at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Dining is available [...]

The Disneyland Hotel not only captures the classic spirit of Disney in all its furnishings but also gives you a feeling of Walt’s vision! I believe it is a magical place for everyone in your family and here are my top 4 reasons why you need to stay at the Happiest Hotel on Earth! 1. Meet and Greet: Throughout the day, Goofy will be in the lobby of the Hotel just waiting for you to arrive! No crowds or no waiting in the hot sun: just you and Goofy for a photo shoot! 2. Magical Beds: The Beds are a [...]

Tusker House Restaurant

When planning a trip to Disney most of my clients think they will be eating burgers, nuggets and pizza for most of their trip, but surprisingly Disney offers over 140 total restaurants (ranging from snacks to AAA Five Diamond) that just may be some of the best meals they’ve ever eaten. For the ultimate experience you can combine a great meal with Disney characters. This way in a little over an hour you can meet 4-5 characters and eat. Tusker House is a buffet character dining option located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park that is a must do on my [...]

A vacation to Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa is a tropical getaway. In a lot of ways, the vacation experience is similar to a Disney Cruise vacation – tropical beaches, lots of included entertainment, a complimentary kid’s club, etc. But one major question that comes up when booking an Aulani vacation is what do I do for food? While there is not a dining plan (like at the Disney parks) and the food isn’t included (like on a Disney Cruise), there are still a wide variety of options to choose from in a wide range of prices. Resort Refillable [...]

Breakfast at Hollywood & Vine

Disney Junior Play’ n Dine is character breakfast at Hollywood & Vine, located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. On our recent visit we ate there for breakfast. We made reservation in advance using the My Disney Experience app on my smartphone. This has been on my daughter’s wish list for years. This character dining features Disney Junior’s pals: Jake and the Never land Pirates, Sofia the First, Handy Manny, and Doc McStuffins. This is a very upbeat and interactive breakfast. It was more like a breakfast party! The host leads the guest in singing and dancing throughout breakfast. The characters make [...]
