I have used Kelly as our travel agent for the past couple of years now – and many Disney vacations. She has always been able to get me the best discount on the room – whether it’s an annual pass or special code rate. Even when other people can’t get the discounts, we always do through Kelly. Our stays have been very magical. Kelly knows people that work at the Disney resorts and she makes sure we are well taken care of by the cast members during our stays. If there are ever any problems, Kelly can be reached at any time and will take care of the situation. I was relieved that Kelly had my back when the Yacht Club overcharged me $450 last summer. Kelly had it straightened out within a half hour. No stress for me on vacation! Kelly works very hard to make sure her clients have the best vacation at the best rates. Thanks, Kelly!!

I cannot say enough good things about our Travel Agent, Kelly. When it comes to booking Disney trips she knows her stuff. It is so nice to work with someone who truly cares about her clients vacations. She is so personal, but also very professional. If there are special promotions Kelly always finds them. I like that she takes care of everything. And I mean everything. We book all of our Disney vacations through her, and she never disappoints. For our last trip we did a split-stay. We had never done this before and traveling with two young children worried me somewhat. When we checked into resort #1 (Animal Kingdom Lodge) everything was perfect. The transfer to resort #2 a couple days later (Grand Floridian) went equally well. No problems or issues of any kind. If you need advice on dining, entertainment or resorts she has wonderful first hand knowledge. I look forward to working with her again…and again…on planning our next trip.

This was our first family trip to Disney for my husband, myself, our 13 y.o. son, and our 5 y.o. daughter. Kelly was very happy to help plan our trip and gave us great recommendations and advice. She was available day and night, answering all of our questions with such a pleasant mannerism. We were extremely overwhelmed with all the information, accomodations, etc and Kelly helped to plan a trip that was perfect for our family. She really got to know us and our preferences and individualized a trip that was planned from start to finish. We followed her advice for daily park trips and meal reservations and we had a wonderful time. I must add that we booked our own plane reservations through AirTran and we had some last minute changes in the plane reservations that we were very unhappy about. Frantic, I called Kelly for advice and she was more than willing to call the airlines and try to change things for us. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done, but she advised me to call and complain and ask for compensation. I was reluctant to do this after spending so much time on the phone with them, but I followed her advice. The airlines upgraded us to first class for all of the flights and refunded our seat fee. We were happy with that!! We could get used to flying first class! Kelly was a life saver! We would highly recommend Kelly to our friends and family (she was highly recommended from a friend of ours). We can’t say enough good things about her!

I have been meaning to write to tell you what a FABULOUS vacation we had!! Disney World ROCKS!!! When we arrived the Polynesian upgraded us to a lagoon view of the Magic Kingdom castle, which was awesome!!! One night when we are eating dinner at the Liberty Tree Tavern the manager came over and asked if our meal was good and was just chit chatting with us and asked if we were staying for the after hrs Christmas Party and we said NO and he said well would you like to and he gave us 4 bracelets (passes) to stay for the Very Merry Christmas party which was TERRIFIC!!! Then the last day we were there we got off a ride around 9:10 am and this man handed us all A Million Dreams FastPass to get on any of the rides when ever and however many times we wanted. It was AMAZING!!!! OH MY GOSH!!!! The parks weren’t crowded. All the meals, special attention to my daughter’s birthday was WONDERFUL. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. Thanks for all your help planning this for us!! We can’t wait to go back

What’s the one thing I have to have for a great Disney vacation? Kelly’s help!! I wouldn’t think about booking a Disney vacation without her. She help me plan great trips to Walt Disney World and on the Disney cruise line. Her advice has been fantastic and spot on. She thinks of everything to make your vacation even more special. It’s been about a year since I started using Kelly as my travel agent when it comes to my Disney vacations, and I am just as, if not MORE happy with her services now than when I first starting using her services. I’ve been to WDW many times in my life, 3 times within the past year, and have another 2 trips booked for 2010-2011. Ever since Kelly started taking over my reservations, my trips have been the smoothest and most trouble-free ever! Whether during the initial planning phases, or if some sort of issue occurs while you are on Disney property, Kelly is just a phone call away, and repeatedly goes above and beyond to make your trip perfect! My entire family (and we have some pretty picky vacationers) now has Kelly book their vacations, and they all rave about how helpful and knowledgeable she is. Trust me, it’s worth a call to Kelly. Even if you THINK you know everything there is to know about booking a WDW vacation (like I did), she will teach you something new!

I am truly a Disney veteran…with trips going back to the 70s with my own parents!!! I know a looong time..It is my favorite place to vacation… I was always acustomed to booking my own trips…(I am fussy about where I stay and what I do and am a true GF fan)…well I saw how happy that all of Kelly’s clients were and decided that I liked the idea that I had some one else knowledgeable to turn to…no more spending all of that time calling and booking..or calling back to check if what I wanted wasnt available when I did call…now I just call Kelly…worry free..hassle free..and I know how hard she tries to get what you ask… Transferring that first reservation over was a breeze..and I felt so confidant that if I had any concerns I had someone who could help take care of everything!!! It has helped to keep the pre trip worrying to a minimum!! I am leaving in a few days on another disney vacation and my terrific TA called me to see if I needed anything extra..any more ADRs or help with transportation etc…or if there was anything else that she could do to help out before the trip..well since I am already packed so I said no!!! I couldn’t be more pleased! I have had other TA’s in the past but the level of service from Kelly and Travel with the Magic has been terrific!

Having Vacation OCD I am very hands on. Now that I have Kelly I can actually relax and let her take care of it. I will not book a trip without having Kelly do it. SHE is THAT good. And this is coming from a picky planner who likes things perfect. If there is ever a problem Kelly takes care of it. And not a week later…within minutes. The first time I booked through her she actually called the day we arrived to see if if everything was fine. This wasn’t a first-time thing either. The attention to detail is why I keep coming back to her again and again. Poor thing is stuck with us now LOL! You wont be disappointed with her, her knowledge or her professional service. Note: we have been working with her for a few years now and she has booked at least a half dozen Disney vacations for us.

We booked our first trip with Kelly this September. I have used other travel agents for Disney trips before, however, I have never experienced the level of service that I did with Kelly. When we arrived on a Saturday night, our luggage was lost. I sent an email to Kelly just in case she was awake and had any suggestions. Not only did she immediately respond to my email, but at 11:00pm on a Saturday night, Kelly was on the phone with our resort, the airline and us! She resolved the problem and kept in touch with us until the next morning, making sure we had our luggage. She also helped me get all of the dining reservations that I had always tried to get before but never could! Kelly is the best. Her level of service exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds! I highly recommend her!!

It all started when Kelly sent me a priority mail package of Disney planning materials…I was excited to begin this magical planning for our first Disney vacation with my children and husband. She promptly and happily answered all of my email questions. I constantly asked her things about hotels, dining (plus two of my sons have food allergies), rides, special egg free/peanut safe birthday cake requests, you name it-Kelly had the answers emailed almost instantly! When we arrived and followed Kelly’s reservations and suggestions, it became the most amazing week of our lives. I have four little boys who thought they were really “Princes” for the week, they felt like royalty! My 6 year old summed it up perfectly when he said “I thought it was all a dream, but I have the souvenirs to prove that it was actually real!” I suggest Kelly to anyone and everyone booking a Disney trip because she really goes that extra mile, just amazing.

I had never entertained the idea of using a travel agent until I met Kelly. She instantaneously made me feel 100% confident that my vacation planning was placed in good hands. Kelly managed every detail of our Walt Disney World vacation, including our transportation to/from the airport, our resort accomodations, and our dining reservations, all with the utmost of care. She had an awareness and sensitivity to our needs, identified our preferences, and just ran with it. She used all the resources available to plan the best possible trip. Her agency is appropriately named “Travel with the Magic,” as she undoubtedly adds her own magical touch. I have been to WDW almost twenty times, but this last trip planned with Kelly was the best one yet. I highly recommend Kelly as a travel agent – she knows her stuff, is down-to-earth, and quickly responds to anything you may need.

Working with Channing was a great experience, like having our own personal concierge vacation planner! From her quick responses to her excellent recommendations, she was invaluable in putting together a fantastic vacation. Channing found us a great rate at the Yacht Club, she made our dining reservations (!!!) and she took care of all the extra touches that made our trip magical! Additionally, on very short notice, she was able to pull together absolutely spectacular arrangements for some friends who decided to join us on relatively short notice for their first family trip to Disney World – she got them the PERFECT room, arranged for babysitting so the parents could have a special night out at Victoria & Albert’s (which she also arranged), set up special activities for the kids, organized their car service to and from the airport and even set up their stroller rental for the week! While she is extremely knowledgeable about all things Disney and diligent about obtaining the exact right thing for her clients (whether it is a special dining reservation or a particular room type), Channing is also charming and personable. I look forward to calling her to schedule our next trip!
