The newly renovated upscale, but less formal restaurant located upstairs above restaurant Chefs de France is named after famous French chef, Paul Bocuse. The restaurant’s decor is a classic French architecture mix with bright colors and just the right touch of modernism. The cuisine sticks to Chef Bocuse’s basic philosophy to offer "the freshest ingredients, the perfect temperature and just the right seasoning” and includes the world famous "Soupe au Truffes V.G.E,” a Black Truffles soup, the classic lobster a l'Armoricaine and a herb crusted rack of lamb.
