Liberty Tree Tavern Lunch

Tucked away in beautiful Liberty Square is a quaint little restaurant called Liberty Tree Tavern. Open for lunch and dinner in the Magic Kingdom, it’s a great spot to cool off, rest your feet, and fill your belly. The décor is very historical and has a colonial vibe, and the cast members wear adorable costumes. Each “room” has a name, and on this trip we were seated in the Ben Franklin room at my favorite table in the restaurant, a cute little table for two at the window.   Cape May Breakfast buffet is located at Disney’s Beach Club resort. It has a fun, sunny atmosphere and is easy to get to right off the lobby. The restaurant is surrounded by colorful beach umbrellas, and you may even see some sandcastles. The food is delicious with a super fun waffle station with toppings, omelets, fruit, and the best cheese grits I’ve had on property. However, the stars of the show are the characters you will get to see at your table while dining. When we visited recently, we were told by our server who we would see, and [...]

Are you a French fry lover? Do you scope out places for French fries like I do? Then there is one place in particular that you need to make sure you pay a visit to, or in my case, two or three visits to. If you didn’t know, Disney Springs updated and added a whole bunch of new shops, restaurants and even cute, little snack kiosks around the area. My favorite? The Daily Poutine! The Daily Poutine is a small, snack kiosk that is located in The Marketplace. It is snug behind the Lego Store and off to the [...]
