Prepare to indulge yourself and relax at the Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa Afternoon Tea! Nestled in the back of the lobby is the Garden View Tea Room, where you will be treated to a beautiful setting overlooking the garden, with sunny windows and intimate spaces. It is the perfect spot to have a quiet reprieve from your busy schedule, a bridesmaid luncheon, or moment of pampering!
You are given several options to entice your palate, the Buckingham Tea, Princess Kate Tea, The Grand Tea and Prince Edward Tea. Each of these offerings include three or four courses including sandwiches, scones and jelly, and pastries:
You are also given numerous choices of standard tea selections including black teas, green teas, and herbal infusions. You may add a glass of port, champagne or sparkling wine if the occasion demands!
And this is not just an afternoon for adults, a special Mrs. Potts Tea selection is available for guests ages 3 to 9! The Mrs. Potts Tea choice comes with a special “dark tea” (chocolate milk) but a tea selection is available!
Attire: Even though you are steeped in elegance from the Royal Albert China to the beautiful surroundings, it is a very casual atmosphere. Come as you are from the parks to the party, and don’t worry about what you wear!
Time: Afternoon Tea is served every day from 2:00pm to 5:00pm with piano music in the lobby filling the Tea Room starting at 3:00pm.
Reservations: Advanced dining reservations are highly recommended!
Costs: Afternoon Tea ranges from $25 to $45, with additional charges for alcohol or additional tea.
Whichever menu option you choose, you will be pleased and delighted that you stopped and took a moment to enjoy a Victorian Tea Time!
