Founded in 2009, Travel With The Magic has built trusted relationships across the travel industry. We are proud to be a Gold-Level Earmarked Authorized Disney Vacation Planner and a Universal Orlando Resort Preferred Travel Agency. We are also CLIA- and IATA-accredited, and all of our affiliated advisors complete supplier training, including the College of Disney Knowledge.

When you affiliate with us, you gain access to our respected brand, long-standing supplier partnerships, and a community of like-minded advisors who value collaboration, professionalism, and client care.

We are seeking motivated, organized, and business-minded self-starters who want to build, grow, and maintain their own successful travel business.

Because our advisors specialize in destinations we personally know and love, we look for individuals who have:

  • Recent firsthand experience visiting Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando within the past few years, and

  • Cruised at least once on any major cruise line (Disney, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, etc.).

Having this foundation helps you speak confidently from experience, understand how each destination truly feels, and better guide clients through their vacations. Our most successful advisors are the ones who know what it’s like to stand on Main Street U.S.A., to navigate Lightning Lane, or to sail away from port on embarkation day.

This is not an employee role—it’s a commission-based independent contractor affiliation. It is best suited for professionals serious about building a profitable business in the travel industry, not just casual fans of Disney or Universal. Affiliation with Travel With The Magic is commission-based. Advisors earn income from a percentage of the commission that suppliers pay our agency after a client’s travel is completed. Commissions are not guaranteed, and there is no base salary or hourly wage. As independent contractors, advisors are responsible for managing their own business expenses and paying their own taxes.
