My name is Claire Carroll, and I reside in Savannah, Ga, with my husband and our two daughters. Proximity to Florida has allowed us to experience the theme parks and cruising throughout the year. I have loved Disney my entire life – the history, the stories, the magic, and the experiences. Sharing my knowledge and love of theme parks and cruising is one of my greatest joys.
I have stayed at many Disney properties across each category; I am a Gold Level Castaway Cay member, sailed on Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines, enjoy planning Universal Orlando and the mom to a true Potterhead, and attend supplier training regularly. These experiences allow me to find the best options for your wants and needs.
I am also a Certified Autism Travel Professional. I have hands-on experience dealing with anxiety disorders and neurodiversity in the parks. I have additional training and resources to assist in planning to make your vacation as stress-free as possible. Whether you need to know about onsite accommodations, tips for navigating the parks, or the best strategies to maximize park time but minimize meltdowns, I am your guide through the entire process.

Claire is the absolute best!!! Traveling with 3 small children and trying to accommodate everyone can be overwhelming. She made everything so seamless, found us amazing discounts and was super helpful during these new travel times!!! I recommend her to anyone traveling and will always use her for our magical vacations!!

Even tough I have been to Disney many times, it had been years since I had gone back. So, I was happy to have Claire help me plan this trip and then of course, Covid-19 hit and changed everything! Claire was so patient with my family and all of the changes that had to be done, I had to change my dates 3 times and I even relocated to another state during our travel planning. Claire helped us with everything and even answered the same questions multiple times (since our plans spanned almost 2 years to make a reality). We finally went on our Disney vacation and despite it being different due to Covid, it was still very magical. So many memories were made, thank you for all you do Claire!

Claire did an amazing job planning our first trip to Disney, and believe me, she had every possible obstacle thrown at her! Everything was set and ready to go, BAM…global pandemic. Claire contacted me regularly to inform me of changes and guidelines that Disney was putting in place. She worked with me, answered the million questions that I had, and rescheduled the same trip three times! My daughter was disappointed that some of the experiences were not being offered due to COVID precautions…Claire had a solution for that and put me in contact with someone to prepare a Princess Basket so we can do our boutique at the resort! I honestly think my daughter enjoyed that more.
I’ve warned her…she’s my “Go To” for planning ANY vacation/trip in my future and my family’s.

Clair was phenomenal in booking our family vacation. It can be overwhelming to try and book everything from the website, especially if you want any perks or extras, but Clair set everything up from the hotel to our Universal tickets and fast passes! We will be using her again for future vacations!

This was our first trip to Disney and Claire made what would have been an overwhelming experience into a great memory for my family! We loved our resort and had a blast at the parks to celebrate our son’s 10th birthday. Will definitely use Claire to plan the next trip!

Disney trip planning can appear somewhat overwhelming at first glance but once I had Claire on my side, everything was easy. From tips and suggestions to making dining reservations and FastPass selections, it was all done perfectly and timely. Claire was in constant communication and helped this first time Disney family feel at ease. Claire put thought into our family’s wishes and my child’s interests to best plan for us. We went in knowing nothing about Disney and left having accomplished everything we could have ever wanted and more. It was truly a magical trip!
