Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is now open!

Welcome, Home! Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is now open! I absolutely fell in love with this resort during my recent trip. The cast members went above and beyond, constantly exuding the hospitality Disney is known for around the world. I loved the Victorian design and Mary Poppin’s theming. It’s always a jolly holiday with Mary.

or : Monorail transportation is available direct to the Magic Kingdom and is a quick resort loop ride back to Grand Floridian. Bus transportation is available for Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs. A walkway between Grand Floridian and the Magic Kingdom is currently under construction, it should open soon.

Available dining options right now include Gasparilla Island Grille (quick service), Beaches Bar and Grille (quick service), Grand Floridian Café (breakfast, lunch, and dinner table service option), and Narcoosee’s (fine dining table service for dinner only).

Enchanted Rose, themed after Beauty and the Beast, is a luxurious lounge offering small plates and beverages. This is the perfect place to unwind during the evening!

Cabana rentals are available for all WDW Resort guests. Cabanas are available for half and full-day rental. Each cabana comes stocked with snacks, a fruit platter, and non-alcoholic drinks. Experience the ultimate VIP treatment with a personal server for specialty drinks, meals, and additional snacks. Barry is the BEST at making you feel like royalty and his recommendations for lunch and beverages were top-notch.

Friendship boat service to/from Magic Kingdom is now available

The holidays are just around the corner. Grand Floridian is always decked out in gorgeous holiday decor. Although we will miss the Gingerbread House this year, I’m sure the magic of Disney and the holidays will be ever-present. Hopefully, it returns for the 2021 Holiday Season and makes the wait totally worthwhile.
