Hi! My name is Brenda Arnold-Richard, and I live near Houston, Texas. When I took my first trip to Walt Disney World in 2002, I thought I’d check it off my bucket list, and move on to other things. But I fell in love! I’ve been back more times than I can count, also visited Disneyland California often, and even done some Disney Cruises — and I’m always planning the “next time”! Disney’s brand of customer service is amazing, their attention to detail is fantastic, and I can never get enough!

Brenda did an awesome job of making our first trip to Disneyland magical. She booked our room with an amazing view of World of Color and the fireworks show (she even was able to get us an extra discount on the room). She gave great advice on touring the parks and which rides to be sure to see. And finally, she made dining reservations for us at a character breakfast that was the perfect ending for our trip. Brenda just helped us plan our DisneyWorld trip for Spring Break. She did a great job and we can’t thank her enough for all her help and planning! I am amazed by her itineraries, which tell you when to ride what rides for the least waiting time. It was seriously amazing to go on a ride, not having to wait, go ride another ride and walk by the last one and see the line coming out it! Brenda has planned anywhere from a wonderful week at Disney World, to Maui, Lake Tahoe, and most recently the Grand Canyon. I have used many travel agents and have become frustrated because they don’t listen to what I want. It’s as if they are planning the trip for themselves and not keeping my family dynamics in mind. Brenda has prepared everything for me and my family to perfection, down to the seating arrangement I want on the airplane. She is always on stand by in the event we need her help while on vacation. Brenda made planning our trip to Disney as painless as possible. I’m so thankful that my friend told me about her. I put off contacting her, thinking I would plan our trip myself. What a mistake! She knows what she is doing and took care of us like a friend from the start! Within hours of my first contact, she sent a couple of hotel options and meal plans and and we were rolling. She was available throughout the planning stages to answer my silly questions. She continued to respond quickly while we were at the parks with last minute things. We just returned from Disney. It was a fabulous trip! Our first time to go at Christmas and it was truly magical! Brenda was a fantastic planner! I wouldn’t go to Disney without having her help. She was amazing!
Brenda is SUCH a fantastic resource and planner … and PATIENT. I went into planning thinking I could handle it and quickly saw how much Disney has changed and that I was overwhelmed. I loved her itineraries and input. I super appreciated not having to be the one to juggle setting up reservations and fast passes. Everything was so smoothly planned that we really just got to do everything we had hoped for and more! As a veteran Disney visitor, I thought – surely there’s nothing new to learn, and I don’t need an agent. HA! So wrong! Brenda did an excellent job making our first family trip to Walt Disney World a magical experience. We stayed at the Fort Wilderness Campgrounds and had such a wonderful time there. We followed Brenda’s plans for Magic Kingdom, including suggested ride times, etc. We were able to hit all of the top rides and get through them with minimal waiting times following her excellent advice. Can’t wait to plan our next family trip for Christmas 2016!!!
This was our second trip to Disney World with our 3 small kids. The overall trip was much better planned this year and our children loved how much stuff they got to do. Having professional advice helped make this years trip much better and smoother.

This was our second trip to Disney for our family. Brenda took care of all of our reservations and did a fantastic job putting together an itinerary that was flexible and yet incorporated so many of the things we wanted to see and experience at Disney. We missed so much on our first trip years ago as we did not have the assistance of a travel agent. Brenda helped choose a great hotel for our family size that was comfortable and relaxing after a long day at the parks. This was a graduation celebration trip for our son and he was so pleased with the trip. We are planning to go to Disneyland next year and we will not go without the insightful assistance that Brenda is able to provide.

I was going to plan our Disney World trip myself until a friend recommended Brenda to me, and I’m so glad she did!!! From the minute I contacted Brenda, I knew she was going to make my job much easier! She had several vacation options for us within a few hours of contacting her and she was always quick to respond to me throughout the entire planning process. She woke up early to make our fastpass and dining selections, sent us several helpful tips for the trip, and even made sure we got a great discount for our trip when discounts became available. We used Brenda to book our Honeymoon to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. She gave us myriad options and we elected to go with Iberostar Grand that was worth every penny. Brenda requested that we have a room that would be a true ocean front and inquired about reservation to restaurants ahead of time to ensure that we would have no worries on our arrival. We really didn’t do much traveling until we retired and Brenda has helped us make our dreams come true. We have gone on several cruises all with her assistance. Each one was trouble free. There was no leaf unturned when it came to our itinerary for the entire trip. We could not have done it on our own nearly as well as Brenda. Just returned from our trip to Disney World. It was both of my girls birthdays and we had an amazing time. The only thing we encountered was that we just did not have enough time, if only vacation could have lasted a little longer! Once you get there you will not want to leave! Brenda helped with all the planning and also helped with the itineraries, making our vacation stress free. Brenda did a wonderful job of planning our trip to Disney World. She got all of our fastpasses, dining reservations, BBB reservation for our granddaughter, maps, daily itinerary (which was a Godsend), flight reservations, tips, etc. She did it all! I cannot express how nice it was to just explain to Brenda what I wanted and not have to do any of the planning or booking. Our trip to Universal Orlando was probably my first vacation where I didn’t have to worry about anything. Just show up and enjoy the trip. Every little detail was taken care of and a few I didn’t think of. Then the emails leading up to the trip reminding me of things to bring and not to bring. Thank you Brenda.
Brenda is amazing! I can’t imagine not using her services. Our first trip to Disney World went so smoothly, thanks to her careful planning & attention to details. She listened to what we wanted & she made it happen! At first I was overwhelmed with all the information but luckily she was there every step of the way to help out. And the information was so useful! She took care of travel, lodging, dining, park tickets, fast passes, everything! All we had to do was enjoy . we just got home and it was amazing! Brenda did a fantastic job getting my huge family of 9 to Disneyland and sticking to a budget. my kids range in age from 15 to 1 and all of them had so much fun. we have some amazing memories and lots of pics. I only have good things to say here, there is no way this stressed out mom of 7 could have done this without her! thank you Brenda!
We got home last week from a 6 day trip to Disney and it was just wonderful. Brenda did a great job preparing everything for us and was nothing but helpful the entire time. I have never worked with an agent that was as generous with her tips and tricks and also so friendly even when I had annoying questions! I got Brenda’s name from a co-worker who couldn’t say enough good things about Brenda. This was our second trip to Disney in 2 years and I pretty much knew what I wanted (hotels, dining, FP’s, etc) and gave Brenda all the details. She worked her magic and handled everything exactly as we requested. She was up and ready to make all of our reservations the minute we the magical window of time opened and she got all of our dining and FP reservations for us that we requested. Brenda has been so quick to respond to every one of my hundreds of emails. Responsiveness is a big deal to me and the reason I decided not to use a previous travel agent so I was very pleased with her always getting back to me within minutes. She definitely surpassed my expectations. Brenda was available during our trip as well when my parents flight was delayed and I had a question about a dining reservation that they were going to miss. She responded to my text right away, which put us at ease about having to change our reservation. Brenda looked over our itinerary/park touring plan that I put together and gave me tips and suggestions. I took that advice and was glad I did. Like my co-worker I can’t say enough about Brenda. She was a pleasure to work with and we plan on using her again when we book our next trip in a couple years.

I’ve worked with a lot of travel planners over the past years, booking reservations for cruises, hotels, flights, but Brenda surpassed my expectations. Never too tired or too late to answer a “dumb question” or to tell me the same thing over again! Her patience and personal attention were really outstanding. Consequently, the trip with my two granddaughters was also outstanding, from park to cruise ship and all transportation in between. Brenda is awesome! We just left Disney a week ago and we are still not unpacked because we do not want to get out of our magical dreams. I appreciated the itinerary she made for us for everyday, it allowed us to explore the entire park without missing a beat. My children were even able to ride some rides two or three times because we took advantage of the early and late magical hours. With the attention Brenda pays to detail I am looking for a vacation for her to plan.
All I can say is WOW!!!! Brenda was absolutely A-MAZING!!!! This was our VERY FIRST FAMILY TRIP to Disney World and she had everything nailed down to a tee. She knew it was our very first experience and took time to get to know our families likes and dislikes, our absolute MUST HAVE’s and created a package and daily itineraries that covered our every request, wish and even down to a little surprise fun – She told us to visit Club Cool at Epcot and the ‘BEVERLY’ drink was HORRIFIC!!!! LOL! I have the pictures of my son’s face to prove it! I would highly recommend Brenda and her services as her attention to detail is ridiculously awesome and her sincerity in wanting you to have the BEST TRIP EVER is beyond words! Brenda was amazing! When we first decided that we wanted to plan a trip to Disney World I felt completely lost and had no clue where to begin. Then my friend referred her to me and she took care of everything. I really only had to make a few small decisions and she planned everything else! From tips about our flight to a minute by minute schedule of our day in the parks. I think if we didn’t have her help that we would have had a miserable time. All the extra tips for different rides really made a big difference in our over all experience in each of the parks. Again I can’t thank you enough Brenda for ALL your help in planning our vacation!!
First off, Brenda was and is everything that everyone has said. Amazing. She was so genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. I told her originally that with the help of friends around us, I thought I could plan our trip without her, but I was mistaken. We just completed another wonderful trip to Disney with Brenda’s magical assistance!! We can’t imagine Disney without Brenda, and if you listen to our children, “Brenda” is a household name spoken of like a favorite aunt!! She helped us select the the right place to stay, reservations, fast passes and got us into the first showing of River of Lights!!!!
Brenda helped us at the last minute add a night so we could fly and keep our room from one reservation to the next. In the Disney system it created a slight snafu the first day with meal credits, but Brenda was quick to reassure us and guide us to a quick fix!! We recommend her to anyone who asks about Disney!
First time trip to Disneyland, CA and I am very happy to have had Brenda’s assistance. . Never have been to Disneyland but Brenda’s tips and advices were very helpful. Getting around the parts were a breeze knowing what to do to maximize our time. She was able to advise which parks would be best for each of the days we were there. Brenda booked and planned our trip to Disney World in March 2017 and we could not have been happier! She booked our stay at the resort, our dinner reservations, and fast passes. She also applied different specials to our package when they became available. Not only did Brenda help with the booking, but she also sent helpful emails periodically to help us better prepare. Some of these emails included: items to pack, suggested Disney movies to watch before the trip, information about the Magical Express and dining, and other information that we needed to know about the different parks. This information was VERY helpful. She also sent us a suggested daily itinerary which included our fast passes and other rides and shows to see and they were listed and organized by location. Brenda made this planning as stress free for me as possible and she was always just an email away if I ever needed help or had a question. I highly recommend Brenda and Travel with the Magic!

We have made numerous trips to Disney and love going everytime. The one part I really don’t love is all the planning and coordination that is required to make the trips so much fun. Enter Brenda and her high level of knowledge, customer service, advisement and effort that she puts into her job made this year’s trip by far the best and most “pain-free” we have ever taken to Disney. I am a major Type A person so it is really hard to hand over the reigns to anyone on anything. Brenda’s level of service made “letting go of the steering wheel” super easy. The end result of all of Brenda’s work was hands down the best Disney trip we have even taken out of all of them (9 since 2001). There is absolutely no way I will not use Brenda for our next trip ~ I look forward to handing over the steering wheel again to Brenda in 2020(hopefully sooner) and planning our Star Wars Disney trip. I’m almost speechless on how AMAZING Brenda was in planning our last minute trip to Disneyworld. I only gave her less than a week and WOW!!! we did not miss a thing! We went to Disney World mid December. It was my family’s first time, and Brenda really made it stress free. The itinerary for each park was AWESOME. We followed it, and saved a lot of time that way! Her packing checklist had everything we needed for our trip, and I didn’t even have to think of anything else. I HIGHLY recommend her, and I know for sure we will be using her again when we go back! Brenda was the most amazing travel agent to work with while planning our honeymoon to Disney World. Her knowledge about the parks, dining plan, resorts, and even Universal was endless. She booked us an amazing room with a beautiful view, made us reservations at amazing restaurants, and got us amazing spots to watch the fireworks! She was able to answer all of our many questions. We just took our second trip to Disney World. Brenda has taken care of our plans on both occasions. I would not take this trip without her assistance and planning. There is so much to see and do and the insight she provides is priceless. We accomplished all of the parks, rides, shows and restaurants with the itinerary she prepares to easily maximize our time. I consider her my Disney guru and would highly recommend her to anyone planning to take a Disney or Universal trip. We just returned from a fabulous Disney vacation that Brenda planned for us. This is the second time that we have used Brenda to book our Disney vacation and I cannot say enough good things about how helpful, resourceful and responsive she is. Planning for a Disney trip with two young children can be a bit overwhelming, but Brenda made the planning part a breeze! She even managed to secure an upgraded room for us at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge at no extra cost. I have already referred friends and will definitely use her for our next Disney trip!
We decided to go to Disneyland in Aug of 2017. We knew we wanted to go but had no idea about ticket purchases, itinerary or the like. Friends of ours suggested we contact Brenda and I am glad we did. We just got home about a week ago and we had a blast. Brenda’s itinerary worked out amazingly with my plan to see the parks in a grid pattern going from one section of the park to the next the itinerary worked perfectly. I literally could write a novel with my amazing experience with Brenda! It all started when I tried to book our family Disney world trip by myself. I had horrible times to reservations and things were a mess! I had no clue what I was doing. Brenda graciously offered to help and thank god! Before our trip she emailed me with options, activities, movie list for the kids to watch, apps to download, car rental rates, etc the list goes on and on. She was able to rebook our hotel room to a better location at the resort (it was amazing being so close to the pool, food court & shuttle!), she made all my fast pass reservations and woke up early that morning (oh and she made them in the same area so we didn’t have to walk so much), she made the best dinning reservations and knew all the tricks to get them, and best of all… she was holding my hand the whole way and even on the trip. Spuratic changes and last minute plans on our part were not a big deal when she got back to me immediately! So impressed and grateful. This was my trip of a lifetime and I couldn’t have done it without her. Now my family wants to go back again! Thank you Brenda!!!!

We just got back from a week long stay at Disneyworld. My daughter got Brenda’s name from a friend and I was so glad I called her to set up our Disneyworld trip. My whole family had a fantastic memorable experience at Disney World. It truly was a magical vacation, made possible by Brenda’s outstanding planning. The planning included the resort stay, the rides at all of the theme parks, the shows, the meals, and the photo package. She even included when the crowds would be the busiest at the individual parks. I am probably forgetting something, but rest assured, Brenda is extremely efficient at planning. She was always available to give “Disney” vacation tips and receive our incessant questions as well. Brenda handled all of the details for our trip, from beginning to the very end. Any situation that arose she made sure there was an answer or a solution; she’s an invaluable source of information and incredibly nice! She made sure we would feel and see all of Disney World’s magic. I won’t bother with any other travel agent for future vacations, Brenda is it!

Brenda planned our family vacation to Disney World and it was amazing. My family of 4 has been to Disney World several times and I have always made all of the reservations myself. This time there were 10 of us going to Disney World and I needed help….Brenda to the rescue. I turned it over to Brenda and she did all of the work. She did an amazing job. She recommended a few restaurants that we had not been to and she made all of the reservations and got all 10 of us on all of our dining reservations. She also made all of our Fast Pass reservations. I will definitly use Brenda’s services again on our next trip.
I cannot believe I almost booked a Disney vacation without this incredible and free service with Brenda! I mentioned to a friend who visits Disney 2+ times annually, that I was looking to book a trip around the holiday. I have an international travel agent, but I thought a domestic trip, I would be fine to handle the logistics myself. While that may have been true, I can honestly say I am so glad I didn’t do it myself! A Disney vacation is a huge undertaking and without the help of Brenda and her thorough knowledge about the parks and resorts, I don’t think our trip would have been even a fraction of what it turned out to be. Brenda did an excellent job in planning all aspects of my vacation, including finding me a discount after I had booked.
