Meet Claire
Hi! My name is Claire Carroll, and I reside in Savannah, GA, with my husband and our two daughters. Our proximity to Florida has allowed us to experience the theme parks and cruising throughout the year. I have loved Disney my entire life — the history, the stories, the magic, and the experiences. Sharing my knowledge and love of theme parks and cruising is one of my greatest joys.
I have stayed at many Disney properties across each category, and I have over 20 trips to Walt Disney World under my belt, having visited annually since 2017. I am a Platinum Level Castaway Cay member and have sailed Disney Cruise Line 12 times, with two more sailings already planned for 2027. I have visited both Disney islands – Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
I have also sailed on Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines, which gives me a broader lens on what makes Disney Cruise Line special and where another cruise line might be a better fit. I enjoy planning trips to Universal Orlando, am the mom to a true Potterhead, and attend supplier training regularly. These experiences allow me to find the best options for your wants and needs.
I am also a Certified Autism Travel Professional. I have hands-on experience dealing with anxiety disorders and neurodiversity in the parks. I have additional training and resources to help plan your vacation and make it as stress-free as possible. Whether you need to know about on-site accommodations, tips for navigating the parks, or the best strategies to maximize park time while minimizing meltdowns, I am your guide through the entire process.

Claire is so wonderful to work with. She helped my husband and me plan our 9 day honeymoon to multiple cities across the northeast. She found us fantastic hotels in safe areas, booked all our various modes of transportation and found us plenty of dining spots to check out. Claire helped us plan the PERFECT trip to Disney World for my son’s 5th birthday. She was totally on top of it with our bookings, especially when it came to snagging good meal reservations as they came available. Most helpful was her guide full of tips and tricks specific to each park and Genie+. We hadn’t been to Disney World in 28 years, but with her guide, we were able to ride every ride in all four parks with almost no wait time. I kept telling my husband how much less we would have been able to do if it wasn’t for Claire’s guidance. She was also incredibly knowledgeable on the process for military families and available discounts.
