My name is Claire H Carroll, and I reside in Savannah, Ga, with my husband and our two daughters. Proximity to Florida has allowed us to experience the theme parks and cruising throughout the year. I have loved Disney my entire life – the history, the stories, the magic, and the experiences. Sharing my knowledge and love of theme parks and cruising is one of my greatest joys.
I have stayed at many Disney properties across each category; I am a Gold Level Castaway Cay member, have sailed on Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines, enjoy planning trips to Universal Orlando, am the mom to a true Potterhead, and attend supplier training regularly. These experiences allow me to find the best options for your wants and needs.
I am also a Certified Autism Travel Professional. I have hands-on experience dealing with anxiety disorders and neurodiversity in the parks. I have additional training and resources to help plan your vacation and make it as stress-free as possible. Claire did an amazing job with planning our trip to Disney.
She got us everything we wanted. She worked hard to get all the dinning reservations we needed, she even got the time we wanted She is available for any questions. She had great recommendations and strategies for each day. She is very detailed and wants to make everyone’s vacation magical. To me she treated our vacation like it was her own.
I cannot thank Claire enough for planning another incredible vacation with my family and in-laws. All of our dining reservations were secured that we wanted as well as modifications after the 60 days her lightning lane guide made me feel like an expert and we got an incredible room right next to our in-laws exactly where we wanted. This was our 3rd Disney trip planned with Claire, our first to Disneyland. There are so many little differences between Disney World and Disneyland, but Claire was on top of it all for us, she answered every question and pointed me to tutorials for lightning lanes, etc.. The trip was fantastic! We stayed at Disneyland hotel and had 3 park days and never had a hitch with anything. In fact we are already planning our 4th trip – multigenerational- and I have no doubts that it will also be magical! Thank you so much for all you do, Claire!
This most recent trip to Disney was our third one that we have planned through Claire, all of which have been amazing, but this one was the most complex! This time we went with 4 generations of family members staying at two different resorts. Claire handled everything seamlessly. She even copied me on emails to older family members as a courtesy to keep me informed.

We just returned from a magical Greek island voyage on the Dream. Claire is just the best at planning complicated itineraries. As this was the wife’s birthday and bucket list trip it went fabulously. From planning flights, transfers, hotel stays, booking excursions, Palo dinner and brunch to returning home. She was the best. So much stress was taken off our plate.
