Meet Kelly H. Russo

Hi! I’m Kelly H. Russo, founder and owner of Travel With The Magic, a full-service travel agency specializing in Disney Destinations, Disney Cruise Line, Universal Orlando Resort, cruises, and family vacations around the world.

Since founding Travel With The Magic in 2009, my mission has remained the same: to help families spend less time stressing over vacation details and more time making memories together. I believe planning your vacation should be just as exciting as taking it, and I’m passionate about making that process simple, enjoyable, and personalized for every client.

Disney has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve visited Walt Disney World more than 113 times and have sailed on Disney Cruise Line 17 times, giving me firsthand experience with everything from family vacations and adults-only getaways to concierge accommodations, club-level resorts, and special events. I’ve also sailed with Royal Caribbean and continue to expand my cruise knowledge to help clients find the vacation that best fits their family, travel style, and budget.

While Disney is where my passion began, my love for travel extends far beyond the parks. Whether you’re dreaming of a Disney Cruise, a Universal Orlando vacation, a relaxing Caribbean getaway, an Alaska cruise, a European vacation, or an all-inclusive resort, I believe every vacation deserves thoughtful planning and personal attention.

One of the things that sets me apart is my commitment to continuing education. Every year I attend supplier conferences, destination trainings, and industry events to stay current on the latest travel updates, new resorts, cruise ships, vacation packages, and planning strategies. I’ve had the opportunity to participate in Disney and Universal educational events, preview new experiences, tour resorts and cruise ships, and build relationships with many of the suppliers we work with. That firsthand knowledge allows me to provide recommendations based on real experience, not just brochures or online reviews.

I am also proud to have served on Disney’s Earmarked Travel Advisory Council, collaborating with Disney Destinations alongside other agency owners from across North America. This experience provided valuable insight into Disney vacations and allows our agency to stay informed about industry updates and best practices.

I also have the privilege of mentoring an incredible team of professional travel advisors who share my commitment to outstanding customer service. We believe every client deserves honest advice, personalized recommendations, and support before, during, and after their vacation. Whether you work directly with me or with one of the amazing advisors on our team, our goal is always the same: to provide concierge-level service that makes planning your vacation easier and more enjoyable.

When you book with me, you’re getting much more than you would from someone who simply makes reservations. I help my clients select the resort or cruise that best fits their needs, develop personalized itineraries, recommend dining experiences, arrange airport transfers, book special events and tours, monitor promotions to help maximize your vacation investment, and answer questions every step of the way. After your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome packet filled with helpful planning information, destination tips, and a few special surprises to help build the excitement before your trip.

Even after you leave home, my support doesn’t end. If you experience an issue during your vacation, I’ll do everything I can to help resolve it so you can focus on enjoying your time away instead of worrying about travel logistics.

My favorite part of this career isn’t keeping count of how many times I’ve visited a destination. It’s hearing the stories when my clients return home. Whether it’s a child’s first glimpse of Cinderella Castle, a special anniversary aboard a cruise ship, or grandparents creating lifelong memories with their grandchildren, those moments remind me why I love what I do.
