Are you looking for a table service restaurant at Disney World that has a fun atmosphere and is on the cheaper side? Look no further and make a reservation at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop!
This cute, little restaurant is tucked away at the Beach Club Resort. It’s only a short walk if you are spending the day at Epcot. Exit the park at the International Gateway between the United Kingdom and France pavilions and you will be there within 5-10 minutes.
Reservations are recommended and can be made 180 days in advance. If you are on the Disney Dining Plan, you can use 1 table service credit for your meal. However, since this is one of the more inexpensive dining locations on Disney property, you may want to consider using your dining credit towards a more expensive table service location.
This is one of my family’s favorite places to dine while at Disney World. Sit back, listen to oldies on the jukebox and take a look around at all the fun decor! Beaches & Cream is open for lunch and dinner. Entree selections include a variety of burgers & sandwiches, hot dogs and chef salad. You can order sides of onion rings, french fries, chili and tomato bisque.
If you are spending a day by the pool at Stormalong Bay, the pool area open to Beach Club and Yacht Club guests only, you can stop in for ice cream and beverages to go.
Save room for dessert or go just for the dessert! Enjoy sundaes, malts, shakes, ice cream in a cup or cone, ice cream soda, root beer floats, grilled banana bread and peanut butter, chocolate cake or brownie a la mode, banana splits and strawberry shortcake. So many options, what will you choose?
Last, but not least, you can’t forget the Kitchen Sink! If you haven’t heard about this gigantic sundae, let me introduce you to it! It is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! The Kitchen Sink consists of scoops of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, coffee & mint chocolate chip ice cream covered in every topping they have, including a whole can of whipped cream! Once it’s prepared, your dessert is announced to the whole restaurant. Lights will flash and your dessert is paraded around for everyone to see its wonder! Experiencing this dessert is a must and fun for adults and kids alike!
