I stayed at Coronado Springs Resort at the Walt Disney World Resort in March 2012 before sailing on the Disney Fantasy. The rooms were nice and I liked the color story over the older look they used to have but the rooms did feel small to me. (but I am used to staying at the Grand Floridian Resort) This resort was spread out and they have a large convention center. I had lunch at the food court one day and the food and service was very good. My biggest issues were the WIFI which was very spotty and the cell service. I could not use my cell in my room at all so I had to go outside the room to make calls and send texts. My roomie for the Earmark Conference (Channing from Travel with the Magic) had the same issue as did several other attendees I spoke with. This was a concern for me because I was trying to call clients, the Disney reservation center, and my family. I was in Casitas building 1 so I was not far from the Convention area or the Main Building.
