There’s a new Dessert Party in the Magic Kingdom and it’s hosted by Princess Tiana and Naveen! Having been to Dessert Parties for special viewing of parades and fireworks in the past, I thought Tiana’s Party was extra special and was well worth the money! And Here’s Why!
- Two-Part Dessert Party!
You have 2 chances to enjoy all the desserts you can eat! First, under the shady pavilion, while waiting to board the Riverboat, you can indulge on strawberry, chocolate or vanilla ice cream and 3 different delicious mini cakes! Add your favorite Coke product or lemonade and you are just getting started!
Then once you board the Riverboat, you can have even more desserts and snacks! I chose my favorite, the Mickey Ice Cream Bar!
- The Parade View!
When it is time for the Festival of Fantasy Parade, the Riverboat leaves the dock and pushes out for a fantastic view!
- Access to Princess Tiana and Naveen
Princess Tiana and Naveen are available for photographs under the pavilion before the Parade,
and then after the Parade on board the Riverboat.
These two were very assessable and friendly! They took time with each person on board and you felt like part of their Royal Court!
- The Riverboat Ride
The ride down the Rivers of America was beautiful! From views of the Haunted Mansion and Thunder Mountain
to picturesque scenes of river life, it creates a very relaxing and enjoyable moment to get away from the crowds. I really enjoyed it!
What you need to know:
Tiana’s Riverboat Party requires advanced purchase: $49 for adults, $29 for children 9 and under. If there are any tickets left available, they would be for purchase at the 2:30pm check in.
Check in is located at the Liberty Square Riverboat Landing.
