Hi! I’m Vanessa, and I want to make your next vacation amazing and stress-free. I live in Herndon, Virginia, just outside Washington, DC, with my husband and our two spooky cats, Merlin and Binx. I’ve been visiting theme parks since I was six, and I fell in love with all things Disney [SPOILER ALERT] the second I saw Mickey Mouse defeat Maleficent in Fantasmic.

During my college years, I spent three semesters enrolled in the Disney College Program, where I held several different roles. First, I embroidered Mickey Ears on Main Street U.S.A. In another role, I helped direct guests during fireworks and parades as part of Parade Audience Control.  My favorite role was as a Costuming Cast Member. I worked backstage at Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire and a Totally Tomorrowland Christmas, helping all of your favorite Disney characters get ready for the show.

I am also a lifelong Harry Potter fan, and I was able to step into the stories when I worked at Universal Orlando Resort in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I helped young (and old) witches and wizards find their perfect wand and purchase all their supplies for a year at Hogwarts. I loved getting to create an immersive experience for guests, both Muggle and Wizard.

In recent years I’ve become obsessed with Disney Cruise Line. A friend convinced me to take a cruise in 2019, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I even got married on Disney’s private island, Disney Castaway Cay. So far I’ve been on eight cruises and have many more planned in the future.

I have amassed years of Disney and Universal knowledge, both from my experiences behind the scenes and as a guest. I am excited to use all of that knowledge to help you plan the perfect vacation. From dining and hotels to strategies to help maximize your park time, my goal is to take all of the stress out of planning so you can enjoy what really matters: having fun!

My approach to planning is one-size-fits-one and that every client is a VIP.  I’ll take what is most important to you on a vacation, whether that be riding every ride, trying all the best food, or spending the most time relaxing at a resort, and give specialized recommendations and plans that ensure fun for everyone traveling.
