Part 1-The Magic Kingdom
Disney and toddlers aren’t two words that most people expect to hear in a sentence, but the truth is these actually pair very well. Did you know Disney World has a wide array of rides that don’t have a height restriction at all and if we are being honest all of these are “must-do’s” every time I visit. In fact I didn’t truly realize how well until I started comprising this blog. With so many attractions I decided that I should break it down by park, so be on the lookout for the series. I hope you enjoy these and in no particular order here are my Top Attractions for Toddlers, Part 1: Magic Kingdom
Peter Pan’s Flight: With the magic of a little pixie dust climb into your ship and set sail to Neverland.
“it’s a small world”: Board your boat for the “Happiest Cruise that ever sailed” for a musical tour hosted by children around the world.
Under the Sea-Journey of The Little Mermaid: Board your clam shell as you head under the sea “where everything’s better” as The Little Mermaid movie comes to life before your very eyes. During my family vacations we normally ride this multiple times and always see something new!
Enchanted Tales with Belle: As you step into Maurice’s cottage and through the magic mirror into the Beast’s library, the movie is brought to life as you the guests’ take an interactive roll in this attraction. Boy or girl, young and old this is a MUST DO!
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin: Enter the Gamma Quadrant to fire lasers and rack up points to help defeat Zurg. Upon returning to Star Command your points will be tallied and a rank assigned, perhaps you’ll become a “Galactic Hero!”
Dumbo the Flying Elephant: This classic ride is one of the Magic Kingdom’s most popular attractions and with the new Fantasyland expansion, it’s now double the fun with two of them! Even better the standby line features an indoor, air-conditioned playground that you can utilize while you wait.
Jungle Cruise: Journey to see the back side of water on this imaginative cruise through the tropical rainforest.
Walt Disney World Railroad: If you have the time take a complete lap around the Magic Kingdom aboard this timeless steam train. While onboard you will see many parts of the Magic Kingdom only visible from the tracks. Not only is it an exciting ride for the kids, it’s a great way to cool off and sit down for the adults.
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: This whimsical ride brings the Hundred Acre Woods to life as you ride in your very own honey pot.
Mad Tea Party: Join the Alice and the Mad Hatter in your very own life size spinning tea cup.
Prince Charming Regal Carrousel: No Disney World vacation is complete without a ride on this carrousel with over 90 ornate horses. Be on the lookout for Cinderella’s horse, it’s on the outside row and has a gold ribbon around its tail.
The Magic Carpets of Aladdin: How does a “magical carpet ride” above Adventureland sound? Just watch out for the spitting camels!
The Barnstormer: Join the Great Goofini and step into his wacky plane and attempt daredevil stunts on this junior rollercoaster. There is a 35” height requirement

Thank you for posting this! My daughter will be 3.5 when we go to Disney and I was wondering if it would be worth taking her.
