I just returned home from a trip to Disneyland in California, where I was able to spend one night at the Disneyland Hotel and take advantage of their club level services with the concierge room I booked.

The Club level here is in the Adventure Tower, and is on the top (11th) floor of the hotel. Our room was on the tenth floor, so it was east to get to the lounge, which is called the “E-Ticket Club”.

The lounge serves food and beverages throughout the day for your enjoyment. Remember, the door to get in is locked and only accessed by a special concierge level gold room key.

There was a large refrigerator with Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, and different juices available.

I loved the whimsy of the room. The tables had Tinkerbell on them, and there were old ride posters decorating the walls.

The soft music that played in the background was music from all different rides at the Disneyland resort. It was fun trying to identify which song went with which ride. The best part however had to be the breathtaking views.

The lounge has huge floor to ceiling windows looking out over Downtown Disney and the beautiful mountains off in the distance. You can see iconic landmarks like the Matterhorn, Grizzly Peak, and the Grand Californian Hotel just to name a few.

The lounge itself is staffed from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm.

Food offerings are as follows:

Magical Beginnings: 6:30-10:00 am Assorted fresh pastries, cereal, fruit and beverages.

Intermission: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm A variety of fresh fruits, snacks, and beverages served throughout the day.

Magic Hours: 5:00 – 7:00 pm A selection of scrumptious appetizers with your choice of complimentary wine or beer.

Sweet Dreams: 8:00 – 10:00 pm Tempting sweets and beverages- a perfect end to an evening!

When you stay club level you also have access to wonderful cast members who can help you with certain aspects of your trip. For example, I needed to change a dining reservation and the lovely lady at the desk in the lounge quickly and easily took care of it for me. There are also DVD players in the rooms and a DVD library you can borrow movies from, as well as nightly turndown service. There is also a kids table and television in the lounge, and access to one computer station at the back of the room.

I loved not having to worry about breakfast or snacks, and having people there to make sure my trip went smoothly was so worth it for my family!
