Located on Disney’s Boardwalk, one of my absolute favorite resorts on Disney property is Disney’s Beach Club Resort!

Upon arrival, you will enter a lovely lobby. It is decorated in soft muted tones with a formal yet relaxed beachy vibe to it.

Beautiful Standard Rooms

The rooms are lovely! Standard rooms are approximately 400 square feet and feature two queen beds and a day bed which sleep up to five guests. You can also request a king bed room as well which has one king bed but they are limited and not guaranteed.

Club Level

You can also get a club level room if you are interested! Club level rooms are located on the fifth floor and have access to the concierge lounge named Stone Harbor Club. The lounge offers continental breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening wine, cheese, cordials and even dessert! Turndown service is also included. If you want more space than a standard room has to offer, you can find one and two bedroom suites which have club level included as well. A one bedroom suite sleeps up to 3 guests and a two bedroom suite sleeps up to 7 guests.

Views

Views are standard, garden and lagoon or pool. Standard views offer views of garden, rooftop or the parking lot. Garden views offer views of a garden and Lagoon or Pool view offers view of Crescent Lake or a quiet pool. The Lagoon or Pool is my favorite. I would request Crescent Lake. It’s a lovely view of the lake with lights across the water from Boardwalk Inn and boats passing by. You may even catch a quick glimpse of a firework or two from the Fantasmic! show in the evening.

Fun Restaurants

You’ll find a quick service restaurant onsite for added convenience which no other Boardwalk resort has. There’s also Cape May Cafe which features Minnie and friends for character buffet dining for breakfast. In the evening for dinner, you won’t find any characters but you will be greeted to a yummy seafood dinner buffet!

Want a bite to eat but don’t have advance reservations? Give Beaches & Cream Soda Shop a try! The claim to fame for this restaurant is the Kitchen Sink! Heads will turn for sure when they bring the huge “sink” full of 8 scoops of ice cream and every ice cream topping imaginable!

If you just want to grab a quick bite by the pool, there’s Hurricane Hanna’s Grill as well. And speaking of pools…

The Best Pool Ever!

Beach Club has the best pool on Disney property in my opinion. Stormalong Bay is amazing! It’s three acres of water park fun! You’ll find the awesome Flying Jib water slide as well as Jr. Slide for younger guests who may be a little overwhelmed by the Flying Jib. In addition to the water slides is a relaxing lazy river, large pool whirlpool, hot tubs and a huge shallow pool perfect for little ones. Did I mention the pool has SAND on the bottom like at the beach?! It just feels so good on your feet and kids will enjoy playing in it so feel free to bring your sandcastle gear. There are also floats available to rent. This pool area is huge and it’s easy to lose track of kids so parents may want to split up if you have multiple kids to help keep an eye out on each one of them. They also have fun entertainment kids will enjoy with daily music and games.

Convenience to Epcot

There isn’t a resort more conveniently located to Epcot than Disney’s Beach Club Resort. You can enter the park using the International Gateway located in the back of Epcot near World Showcase. Beach Club would be the perfect resort for guests planning on visiting during the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival or Epcot International or Food and Wine Festival!
