As we shared last week, the Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival returns to the Walt Disney World® Resort Sept. 27 – Nov. 11, 2013.

This annual event allows you to taste their way around the world as they sample offerings from more than 25 World Showcase Marketplaces, including 40 adventurous new dishes and more than 80 new beverages.

New items include Florida grass-fed beef sliders with Monterey Jack and sweet and hot pickles at the Florida Marketplace, braised short ribs in Cabernet with mashed potatoes in France, a kimchi hot dog with spicy mustard sauce in South Korea and vegetarian haggis at the new Scotland Marketplace.

Guests can also enjoy Brazilian black beer, sangria made from Florida citrus and a bubbly Moscato from Brazil. Plus, the Dole Whip, a favorite at this past spring’s Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, returns with a new twist – orange, instead of pineapple, with a splash of crème de cacao white.

And, your Clients can take their culinary adventure to the next level with premium events, available for an additional fee. From the over-the-top Party for the Senses grand tasting experience to a new taste of Scottish cuisine there are lots of great opportunities, including a new Parisian breakfast and a Hibachi dinner in Japan.

Additional events include Italian and French pairings and lunches, and a Mexican tequila lunch. Your Clients can also book Culinary Demonstrations, Mixology Seminars, and Wine, Beer or Spirit Seminars.

Festival dining experiences, as well as culinary and beverage programs, require Park admission fees.
