Meet Susan
Hi! My name is Susan Heidenrich, and I live in San Antonio, Texas, with my very own Prince Charming. We have two daughters, and Disney has been part of our family story for generations.
My love of Disney began during my first visit to Walt Disney World and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in January 1974. I was six years old, and Walt Disney World was just over two years old when we first met. Even at that young age, there was something about it that made a lasting impression on me.
My husband and I visited Walt Disney World before we had children, and then we returned with our daughters almost every year as they were growing up. I have experienced Disney vacations through nearly every stage of life, from childhood trips and couples getaways to family vacations with young children, teenagers, and adults.
After more than 40 trips to Walt Disney World, my love for Disney is still going strong. There are always new experiences, restaurants, resorts, and planning strategies to discover. I have stayed at virtually every level of Disney accommodation, including Value, Moderate, Deluxe, Villa, and Club Level stays. I have also experienced many of the recreational activities Disney offers and dined at most of the restaurants throughout Walt Disney World.
I have visited Disneyland close to a dozen times and completed 10 Disney cruises, with two more currently booked. I love all Disney destinations and can help you determine which experience is the right fit for your family, vacation style, budget, and priorities.

I have been going to Walt Disney World since I was about 5 years old, I have been about 10 times or so…It’s never easy planning a trip, it obviously takes lots of time, research, etc. I work full time and have a very stressful job, always on the phone and on my computer. Having never been to Disney before, my husband and I wanted an expert to guide us through the planning process…you were exactly what we needed. From our accommodations, to the Princess Dining, and a trip to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, so many special memories were made …and I did not feel one bit of stress the entire time:) Everything you did made it easy for me to relax and enjoy Disney right along with my kids. It was hard to leave that last night at Disney…I was starting to feel a little sad. The whole week was so magical for us all and I just didn’t want it to end. It didn’t take long before we started talking about when we could plan our next trip to Disney. And of course, we will be getting Susan to help us book that next trip!

The amazement in his eyes every time we encountered another adventure was priceless. His only let down was when he wasn’t tall enough to ride the BIG ROLLER COASTERS. The meal plan is a must, actually hard to eat that much when you are constantly on the go. Amazing!! – that about sums up our experience with booking our Disney Vacation with Susan. We began several months ago planning a Magical 5th Birthday Trip for our Daughter and we immediately knew that Susan would be the perfect Disney Planner. She has been Very Patient with all of the questions, changes and most of all getting us the best bang for our buck.
