Meet Susan
Hi! My name is Susan Heidenrich, and I live in San Antonio, Texas, with my very own Prince Charming. We have two daughters, and Disney has been part of our family story for generations.
My love of Disney began during my first visit to Walt Disney World and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in January 1974. I was six years old, and Walt Disney World was just over two years old when we first met. Even at that young age, there was something about it that made a lasting impression on me.
My husband and I visited Walt Disney World before we had children, and then we returned with our daughters almost every year as they were growing up. I have experienced Disney vacations through nearly every stage of life, from childhood trips and couples getaways to family vacations with young children, teenagers, and adults.
After more than 40 trips to Walt Disney World, my love for Disney is still going strong. There are always new experiences, restaurants, resorts, and planning strategies to discover. I have stayed at virtually every level of Disney accommodation, including Value, Moderate, Deluxe, Villa, and Club Level stays. I have also experienced many of the recreational activities Disney offers and dined at most of the restaurants throughout Walt Disney World.
I have visited Disneyland close to a dozen times and completed 10 Disney cruises, with two more currently booked. I love all Disney destinations and can help you determine which experience is the right fit for your family, vacation style, budget, and priorities.

Susan was fantastic in helping us plan our DisneyWorld vacation! We basically gave her our requests and she did the rest! She knew all the ins and outs of Disney World, the transportation to the property and within the property, and little details, such as if the Fantasmic show would still occur if it rained (yes, it usually goes on as planned so bring your ponchos!) She was available by text or phone call for any questions I had while we were at the parks and I’m so thankful that she was available! I texted her a couple of times and each time she promptly replied with an answer. I will definitely ask Susan to plan our next Disney vacation! Thanks, Susan!
Thank you soo much Susan for making our first trip to Disney World soo magical! We went during a very busy time of year, over Thanksgiving, and we could not have done it without Susan. She covered every little detail we could imagine, from airport transport, fast passes, food, hotel – Everything 🙂 It was such a wonderful experience having her plan everything for us – that way we were able to actually enjoy the time there – and we had no worries. Thank you so much for all your hard work. I wouldn’t have known where to start, let alone plan out the whole trip. You made it all run so smooth, and I didn’t have to worry about anything. The meal plans are definitely worth it! I also liked having the memory maker, all of these great pictures we get to keep. The checked luggage was a problem though. We checked into the hotel at 1:45 in the afternoon and didn’t receive our checked luggage until after 11:30 that night, without an apology. The only other problem we had was wash cloths. We had 4 people in our room, but they kept leaving 3 wash cloths for the first two nights, then the next night down to 2. It’s a shame with as much as we spent on the hotel we were having to beg or share wash cloths between 4 people. The parks were great though, perfect time of the year to go. Even with 6 and 1/2 days, we still didn’t get to do all we wanted, but we did most. My daughter got to meet most of the princesses, and ride a few roller coasters so she was happy. My son just wanted to ride the big rides, and with the short lines he got to more than once a lot of the times. This time of the year was perfect to go with the short lines and perfect weather meant not to crowded, but extra fun with Halloween. The animals at the hotel were great to get up and eat breakfast with on the balcony. As a whole, the hotel was incredible and the people were nice, just had a few bumps, not enough to ruin the trip. We had a great time and would love to go back someday. Thanks again for all of your help.
Working with Susan was a delight!!! We stumbled on her site, as we were planning a last minute trip to Disney. I was unaware of the need to get things started 6 months in advance. So, you can imagine my desperate need for some help!!! From our 1st email (Which she responded to at lighting speed) to the last, Susan was informative, extremely helpful and very patient working with a newbie! She was able to accommodate everything on our wish list and more! We will definitly go again and look forward to Susan making our arrangements and planning our schedule! In November I began researching Disney vacations. It would be my first visit and I had no idea where to start. I was referred to Susan and she was wonderful.
