Meet Susan
Hi! My name is Susan Heidenrich, and I live in San Antonio, Texas, with my very own Prince Charming. We have two daughters, and Disney has been part of our family story for generations.
My love of Disney began during my first visit to Walt Disney World and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in January 1974. I was six years old, and Walt Disney World was just over two years old when we first met. Even at that young age, there was something about it that made a lasting impression on me.
My husband and I visited Walt Disney World before we had children, and then we returned with our daughters almost every year as they were growing up. I have experienced Disney vacations through nearly every stage of life, from childhood trips and couples getaways to family vacations with young children, teenagers, and adults.
After more than 40 trips to Walt Disney World, my love for Disney is still going strong. There are always new experiences, restaurants, resorts, and planning strategies to discover. I have stayed at virtually every level of Disney accommodation, including Value, Moderate, Deluxe, Villa, and Club Level stays. I have also experienced many of the recreational activities Disney offers and dined at most of the restaurants throughout Walt Disney World.
I have visited Disneyland close to a dozen times and completed 10 Disney cruises, with two more currently booked. I love all Disney destinations and can help you determine which experience is the right fit for your family, vacation style, budget, and priorities.

After setting up our accommodations at the Art of Animation Resort (which was a blast for the kids), dining reservations and Fast Passes, Susan continually checked to get us our “first choices,” including reservations at Akershus for lunch with the Princesses, Fast Passes for Frozen Ever After, and lunch with Pooh and Friends at Crystal Palace. I’m sure we would have been perfectly fine with the original plans, but her help definitely made our trip extra special.

Being a family of 4 FIRST TIMERS I do not know how I would have planned this trip without Susan! She is so easy to work with, lays it all out with every option you can imagine. I had been to Disney 10 times before, and never used a planner. With all of the changes with FastPass+, I listened to my sister who suggested I enlist Susan’s services. I am SO glad I did! She took care of everything, so there was no stress for me, or my parents, who were traveling with us. She was able to get every reservation (dining, FastPass, tours, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique) we requested. We had a wonderful time! I didn’t know where to start to plan when we decided we wanted a Disney trip. Thanks to Susan we were able to make payments on our trip up to a week prior to our departure. Our stay at Art of Animation was beyond magical! Staff was friendly, rooms were great and just the over all stay was more than we imagined. With a family of six we didn’t know what to expect but everyone was happy. From our 16 year old to our 6 year old we all enjoyed every minute of our stay. Susan answered any questions in a timely manner even while at the park. We can’t wait to go back and visit the rest of the parks that we didn’t have time for. Simply amazing!

I emailed her very last minute and she wrapped up a whole package for me in no time at all. We arrived and had a splendid time and I was not obsessing over where to begin and what to do. Do yourself a favor and book with her
Our experience with Susan was truly Magical! We booked the week of Thanksgiving to get a jump start on our Christmas Theme vacation. We wanted to experience Disney at Christmas and she told us the crowds were more managable in November, then December – She was right!. She spread her Pixie Dust over our plans, gave us suggestions, calmed our anxiety when we found out Wilderness Lodge was going to be under construction while we were there. We were about to hit the eject button when Susan made a phone call or contacted someone and SAVED US $500.00! We were completely blown away when we received our folder with our timeline, calendar, reservations, and coupons. Even all the suggestions in the back were helpful. When we arrived we expected our hotel to be decorated for Christmas and there was nothing. We were completely disappointed and so I emailed Susan to let her know how disappointed we were. She emailed me back very quickly and told us that this was normal and at some point it would happen when we least expected to. Sure enough, that first night we slept there, my son woke up about 3:00 to some noise outside. We told him to not worry about it and go back to bed. When we woke up about 6:45 we heard lots of noise so we opened up the door and got to see the Disney Workers placing this huge star on this 6 story high Christmas tree. Workers were everywhere placing wreaths and garland! Wow, was that magical to see them work so fast! Anyway, after waking up to that scene the entire week just got better!! If you are looking for someone to help you plan your Disney Experience, then look NO further than with Susan. We had another company for our first time and that experience was nothing like this! Next up for us will be Hawaii and we would like Susan to help us with staying at the Disney property there! Hopefully, you will still be doing this in 2020.
