Meet Susan
Hi! My name is Susan Heidenrich, and I live in San Antonio, Texas, with my very own Prince Charming. We have two daughters, and Disney has been part of our family story for generations.
My love of Disney began during my first visit to Walt Disney World and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in January 1974. I was six years old, and Walt Disney World was just over two years old when we first met. Even at that young age, there was something about it that made a lasting impression on me.
My husband and I visited Walt Disney World before we had children, and then we returned with our daughters almost every year as they were growing up. I have experienced Disney vacations through nearly every stage of life, from childhood trips and couples getaways to family vacations with young children, teenagers, and adults.
After more than 40 trips to Walt Disney World, my love for Disney is still going strong. There are always new experiences, restaurants, resorts, and planning strategies to discover. I have stayed at virtually every level of Disney accommodation, including Value, Moderate, Deluxe, Villa, and Club Level stays. I have also experienced many of the recreational activities Disney offers and dined at most of the restaurants throughout Walt Disney World.
I have visited Disneyland close to a dozen times and completed 10 Disney cruises, with two more currently booked. I love all Disney destinations and can help you determine which experience is the right fit for your family, vacation style, budget, and priorities.

We used Susan to book our first Disney vacation. We had absolutely no idea of what to book, where to stay or what package to pick. She asked me questions that helped guide us through every single decision that needed to be made. She was also very honest and helpful when deciding what resort level to pick. We have two little girls and she even helped us decide what extra things they would like based on their ages. I was overwhelmed when it came to planning a Disney vacation. I was referred to Susan for help. I’m so glad I was! Susan made planning Disney actually enjoyable instead of overwhelming. She took care of everything! From the hotel and hotel view to fast passes to meals. You name it she took care of it. She even sent me a Fairy Godmother Folder giving us all the ins and outs of each park at Disney. I told her that I didn’t want to go to Disney when it was hot or crowded. She recommended the perfect time to go and in time for Christmas decor and celebrations.

Our Disney experience was indeed magical thanks to Susan’s hard work! She made every aspect of the trip so easy for us! Her suggestions for Fastpasses, restaurants to try and which parks to visit on which days of our trip were spot on and helped us have an unforgettable trip as a family! Susan is SO quick to respond and is very helpful when answering questions or making adjustments throughout the planning process! While at Magical Kingdom, the Disney app went down and made it not possible to see what times our Fastpasses were for, even though we could still use them.. I was able to email Susan from my phone who responded within minutes with a list of our Fastpasses for the day. We saw long lines at the Fastpass Kiosk of people trying to get their issues resolved, but we didn’t have to stand in those lines thanks to Susan! We will definitely be making another trip to Disney and using Susan to help with all our planning!
