Hi! My name is Susan Heidenrich and I live in San Antonio, Texas with my very own Prince Charming and we have two princesses. My love affair with The Mouse began during my first visit to Walt Disney World and the Polynesian “Village” Resort in January of 1974. I was 6 and Walt Disney World was a little over 2 years old when we first met. Even at that young age there was just something magical about it that made such an impression on me. My husband and I vacationed at Walt Disney World before we had children and then we took our girls almost every year as they were growing up. So, I’ve experienced Disney at all stages and phases of life. With thirty-five plus trips to Walt Disney World under my wand the love affair is still going strong. It’s a place I never get tired of visiting because there are always new experiences. I’ve stayed at virtually every level of accommodations including villas and club level. We’ve managed to eat at the majority of restaurants (what a task!) and experience many of the recreational activities that Disney has to offer.
I’ve also visited Disneyland close to a dozen times and taken several Disney cruises – I love all Disney Destinations and can help you choose the perfect one for your family’s vacation style.

Our trip to Disney was AWESOME and MEMORABLE! And having Susan as a planner just made it more wonderful. This was our second time to Disney with our girls, but first time for our son. He had a great time with all the characters from Star Wars and Toy Story. Susan planned all of our meals, got us a great deal on a hotel, and made our experience at Disney the best it could be! We have had many trips to Disneyworld over past 30 years , and even though we think we know it all, Disney is ever changing! Thank goodness we were referred to Susan. She helped us plan out the best strategies for fast passes, character meals . She also advised on budget ideas. We also added on a Disney Cruise which was our first and she kept us “afloat” with info needed to make it magical,, we loved it so much we booked another and will love working with Susan again to make it even more memorable, since we will be going with several family members who haven’t experienced the Disney magic on a cruise

Our Disney World vacation was great! We went January 23-27 2019. Susan did a great job of planning and gave us excellent advice along the way. Susan gave great guidance from planning our character meals and arranging the fast passes. She is a great source of knowledge on Disney and can really help you maximize your stay. She was very organized. We received everything we needed prior to going on the trip. Things like a detailed folder of our itinerary to the baggage tags for our resort made it in plenty of time. Everything seemed seamless. Thank you for all your help Susan! We will be using you again for future Disney trip!
I have been going to Disney every year for the last ten years. I have always booked the trip myself thinking a travel agent would cost more. We have stayed off Disney resorts, but we stayed at one last year and decided it was much easier and had more perks. My 26 year old daughter had heard it is better to book thru an agent, so I picked Susan to make the reservations. I have travel points, so I booked our flights. I told Susan where we wanted to stay (Port Orleans Riverside). Susan booked the hotel and our dining reservations as well. Susan was able to get each restaurant that we wanted. Several months before our trip, Susan informed me that our hotel price had dropped $300 due to Disney running a special. Susan applied the discount and provided the lesser, updated price. Susan also took care of our magic bands and luggage tags. She set up the transportation via the Magical Express to and from the airport. I can honestly say it was by far our best trip ever! Also, ended up being less expensive than it would have been had I booked it on my own. I would have never known about the hotel discounted price. It all ran like clockwork! I will definitely use Susan again in the future and will recommend her to anyone I know that is heading to Disney! I cannot thank Susan enough. It truly was a magical experience!!!

Our Disney Christmas Vacation was Awesome!!!! We decided to go to Disney just two months before Christmas. Susan, took care of all the arrangements with such ease. She did everything for my family and my sister’s. There wasn’t any stress at all. The resort we stayed at (Coronado Springs) was absolutely great! For it being one of the busiest times of the year, the resort was peaceful and the staff was excellent. The recommendations to which parks to go on what day was great! Because of the fast planning we did not get fast passes to some of the more popular rides (7 Dwarfs Mine Train/Flight of Passage) but Susan’s advice on what to do to get to ride them worked out beautifully. They way she set up our Fast Passes made our scheduling just perfect. We got on all the rides we wanted and so much more!!! We conquered Disney World!!!! The kids and us adults had a magical time and made many memories!!! We will be going back!!! Thank you Susan for all your help and planning.

Susan really was our fairy godmother in planning this trip. I’m the type of person that takes the time to plan every little detail and book everything when it comes to traveling and it was nice not to have to worry about much with this Disney World trip, because she did it all.
