Meet Susan
Hi! My name is Susan Heidenrich, and I live in San Antonio, Texas, with my very own Prince Charming. We have two daughters, and Disney has been part of our family story for generations.
My love of Disney began during my first visit to Walt Disney World and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in January 1974. I was six years old, and Walt Disney World was just over two years old when we first met. Even at that young age, there was something about it that made a lasting impression on me.
My husband and I visited Walt Disney World before we had children, and then we returned with our daughters almost every year as they were growing up. I have experienced Disney vacations through nearly every stage of life, from childhood trips and couples getaways to family vacations with young children, teenagers, and adults.
After more than 40 trips to Walt Disney World, my love for Disney is still going strong. There are always new experiences, restaurants, resorts, and planning strategies to discover. I have stayed at virtually every level of Disney accommodation, including Value, Moderate, Deluxe, Villa, and Club Level stays. I have also experienced many of the recreational activities Disney offers and dined at most of the restaurants throughout Walt Disney World.
I have visited Disneyland close to a dozen times and completed 10 Disney cruises, with two more currently booked. I love all Disney destinations and can help you determine which experience is the right fit for your family, vacation style, budget, and priorities.

I have done 2 trips to Disney BS (Before Susan) and now 2 AS. (After I met Susan) I will never go WS (Without Susan) again. She just knows how to plan the best vacation for your family. This trip I am solo with 3 kids under 11 and everything has been amazing, easy, magical, wonderful.
Susan- thank you so much for planning our family’s first Disney World trip (we have never been to Disneyland or on a Disney cruise either; and my kids are teens!) When I started looking at all that was involved in “going to Disney” especially during a pandemic, I quickly became overwhelmed and almost gave up on planning the trip. But, a quick shout out to our neighborhood Facebook site asking for HELP! led me to you (unanimously, by the way, out of several people who took the time to comment on my plea!). From the first time I reached out until our homecoming, you were there leading us every step of the way in a very organized, non-intimidating way. Everything was perfect; from the resort (Coronado Springs- highly recommended!) to the airport transportation on the Magical Express to reservations at different parks and restaurants, everything was taken care of. The only thing I wish I had done differently is to buy Magic Bands so we could pay for things and access our reservations for various excursions right from our wrists (plus they’re a super cute memento of the trip). Bottom line, if you are going to Disney, ask Susan to plan your trip; you will be so glad you did!
Susan was amazing from the beginning to the end! This was our first family trip to Disney World and we would have been lost without her help and expertise. There wasn’t a detail that she missed. Jedi Training
Second time we used Susan and both times were wonderfully planned. Her insite left very little for us to worry about. Two in our party were unable to attend due health issues. Susan arranged for their refund (we purchased travel insurance) and although they couldn’t attend at least the cost was not a burden.
Due to her scheduling we were able to see and ride all the new Star Wars Galaxy items. Grandkids even participated in Jewish Training and fought against Darth Vader.
This will be a trip we will remember for a long time. Thanks Susan.
