Meet Susan
Hi! My name is Susan Heidenrich, and I live in San Antonio, Texas, with my very own Prince Charming. We have two daughters, and Disney has been part of our family story for generations.
My love of Disney began during my first visit to Walt Disney World and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in January 1974. I was six years old, and Walt Disney World was just over two years old when we first met. Even at that young age, there was something about it that made a lasting impression on me.
My husband and I visited Walt Disney World before we had children, and then we returned with our daughters almost every year as they were growing up. I have experienced Disney vacations through nearly every stage of life, from childhood trips and couples getaways to family vacations with young children, teenagers, and adults.
After more than 40 trips to Walt Disney World, my love for Disney is still going strong. There are always new experiences, restaurants, resorts, and planning strategies to discover. I have stayed at virtually every level of Disney accommodation, including Value, Moderate, Deluxe, Villa, and Club Level stays. I have also experienced many of the recreational activities Disney offers and dined at most of the restaurants throughout Walt Disney World.
I have visited Disneyland close to a dozen times and completed 10 Disney cruises, with two more currently booked. I love all Disney destinations and can help you determine which experience is the right fit for your family, vacation style, budget, and priorities.

Susan planned our entire Disney/Universal experience to surprise my daughter. I am incredibly hands off when it comes to planning, but have fairly high expectations on deliverables, and Susan was amazing the entire way through. She kept me updated on critical timelines abs remained patient when I forgot something! We were well prepared for Contemporary, all parks, and Hard Rock at Universal. Susan was fantastic!
When we made the choice to attend Disney World we were so overwhelmed with the planning. As first timers we had no idea where to start. Susan took the reins and handled all the tough stuff. All we had to do was just enjoy ourselves. From the moment our plane landed to us leaving it was all taken care of. Her “tips and tricks” really came in handy also! We are grateful for everything she did and will be definitely be using her services again!
We will never travel to Disney again without working with Susan. Usually the most stressful part of the trip is all the planning leading up to it.
