Meet Susan
Hi! My name is Susan Heidenrich, and I live in San Antonio, Texas, with my very own Prince Charming. We have two daughters, and Disney has been part of our family story for generations.
My love of Disney began during my first visit to Walt Disney World and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in January 1974. I was six years old, and Walt Disney World was just over two years old when we first met. Even at that young age, there was something about it that made a lasting impression on me.
My husband and I visited Walt Disney World before we had children, and then we returned with our daughters almost every year as they were growing up. I have experienced Disney vacations through nearly every stage of life, from childhood trips and couples getaways to family vacations with young children, teenagers, and adults.
After more than 40 trips to Walt Disney World, my love for Disney is still going strong. There are always new experiences, restaurants, resorts, and planning strategies to discover. I have stayed at virtually every level of Disney accommodation, including Value, Moderate, Deluxe, Villa, and Club Level stays. I have also experienced many of the recreational activities Disney offers and dined at most of the restaurants throughout Walt Disney World.
I have visited Disneyland close to a dozen times and completed 10 Disney cruises, with two more currently booked. I love all Disney destinations and can help you determine which experience is the right fit for your family, vacation style, budget, and priorities.

Thank you, Susan! We had a great time at Walt Disney World with the help of Susan’s expertise. She helped me right from the start! I loved her personal recommendations on resorts to stay at and things to consider when booking. She helped me book the resort accommodations and park passes that met my vacation goals and helped keep everyone happy. (We had a mixed party with 2 grandparents, 2 kiddos, and 1 parent.) When it came to booking extras and dinner reservations, Susan’s advice came in handy to help us get the most time in the park as well as experience the extras we wanted. (Like book your droid build towards the end of the day so you aren’t carrying around your droid for a long time.) Susan was also able to book our dining reservations right when our window opened. We were able to get our reservation even though I was out of town on business at the time. It was one less thing I had to worry about. Not only did her advice prior to the trip help, but her Fairy Godmother files for our park days were priceless. I actually re-reviewed them the night before we went to each park to help me figure out our game plan for the next day. We had a magical time and am so appreciative of all your work behind the scenes!

I can’t thank Susan enough. Her insights and recommendations helped make our stay magical. She was able to make some crucial reservations that I would have been clueless about. The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and the Droid Depot were beyond magical for our littlest family members and probably not possible without Susan’s help. The insights on the rides with the Fairy Godmother Files made each day much smoother. The whole process was amazingly stress free and we were able to have a truly magical family vacation.
We had the absolute best time and we cannot thank you enough!! It was so clear to us the entire time we were there that being “in the know” was ESSENTIAL We felt so well informed about everything and were able to make excellent choices so that we could have the best experience possible. We literally got to go on every single ride at every park at least once, and sometimes twice if we wanted to! The crowds got pretty intense but we always headed out early and usually had already been on a bunch of rides each day before 10am and that took a lot of pressure off the rest of the day. Your advice was perfect. I really can’t imagine what our trip would have been like if we hadn’t worked with you. We had NO idea how any of this worked. But we felt like disney pros the entire time. Also, your dining reservations were wonderful!!! We love making videos of our travels so here is a video I put together of our Disney/Universal adventures! We are not very active on social media but I will definitely pass you name along to our friends who will be taking future disney trips soon.

Thank you Susan for all of your help with planning our first family DisneyWorld trip. We had an amazing time! We covered a LOT of ground in four days, going to each park and then some. We enjoyed our time at the Pop Century Resort. I think this was just right for a budget. We loved the Skyliner to just sit and relax as it glides across the water smoothly to the parks. I think we needed a couple of days at the resorts in order to see/do everything, but that just means we have to go back. 😁 I will say Magic Kingdom gets CRAZY at night for the fireworks. We even made it out to Disney Springs, which was beautiful and such a fun place to dine and shop. We did wish Pop Century had more frequent bus pick-up from the parks back to the resort. We were pleasantly surprised with Epcot. Hollywood Studios was so much fun! The Star Wars Rise of the Resistance was amazing. The Avatar Flight of Passage at Animal Kingdom was the BEST virtual simulator experience! I think DisneyWorld has the best French Fries and popcorn too! 🙂

We had such a great trip with the help of you fairy godmother files! I studied them every night for the next day (which is something I love to do)!! You were so helpful in planning our whole trip and it went off without a hitch.
Just wanted to tell you thank you again for all your help! We had a really great time! Thought I would mention that Tokyo Dining was an excellent choice for our Epcot dinner, like you suggested. We were all able to find something we really liked, despite my son being a somewhat picky eater.
All your tips were invaluable as always. You really made navigating Genie+ and the Lightning Lane process super easy and a lot less stressful. We are looking forward to planning another trip in the future (probably soon 😂)! We can’t imagine planning a Disney or Universal trip without you!
