Hi! My name is Susan Heidenrich and I live in San Antonio, Texas with my very own Prince Charming and we have two princesses. My love affair with The Mouse began during my first visit to Walt Disney World and the Polynesian “Village” Resort in January of 1974. I was 6 and Walt Disney World was a little over 2 years old when we first met. Even at that young age there was just something magical about it that made such an impression on me. My husband and I vacationed at Walt Disney World before we had children and then we took our girls almost every year as they were growing up. So, I’ve experienced Disney at all stages and phases of life. With thirty-five plus trips to Walt Disney World under my wand the love affair is still going strong. It’s a place I never get tired of visiting because there are always new experiences. I’ve stayed at virtually every level of accommodations including villas and club level. We’ve managed to eat at the majority of restaurants (what a task!) and experience many of the recreational activities that Disney has to offer.
I’ve also visited Disneyland close to a dozen times and taken several Disney cruises – I love all Disney Destinations and can help you choose the perfect one for your family’s vacation style.

We had the most amazing time on our first trip to Disney World! I cannot imagine having done it without Susan’s help. She walked us through from beginning to end- from letting us know when things needed to be done, to making reservations for us, and answering all my questions along the way. She is so incredibly knowledgeable about all things Disney, and it was such a blessing to have her expertise every step of the way. I will never plan a Disney trip without her help!
We absolutely loved our first ever Disney cruise! Susan planned it and was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process from picking the itinerary to the ship and more. We are so thankful for Susan’s expertise in planning our Disneyworld vacations! Without her, we would have missed out on free dining this trip and who doesn’t love some free food?! Navigating the ever changing world of lightening lanes was a breeze with her instructions and tips. Our favorite moments of our past week came from sweet cast members gifting us additional lightening lanes that allowed us to ride Slinky Dog Dash and Seven Dwarves Mine Train a couple times! Definitely felt the Disney Magic!
