Meet Susan
Hi! My name is Susan Heidenrich, and I live in San Antonio, Texas, with my very own Prince Charming. We have two daughters, and Disney has been part of our family story for generations.
My love of Disney began during my first visit to Walt Disney World and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in January 1974. I was six years old, and Walt Disney World was just over two years old when we first met. Even at that young age, there was something about it that made a lasting impression on me.
My husband and I visited Walt Disney World before we had children, and then we returned with our daughters almost every year as they were growing up. I have experienced Disney vacations through nearly every stage of life, from childhood trips and couples getaways to family vacations with young children, teenagers, and adults.
After more than 40 trips to Walt Disney World, my love for Disney is still going strong. There are always new experiences, restaurants, resorts, and planning strategies to discover. I have stayed at virtually every level of Disney accommodation, including Value, Moderate, Deluxe, Villa, and Club Level stays. I have also experienced many of the recreational activities Disney offers and dined at most of the restaurants throughout Walt Disney World.
I have visited Disneyland close to a dozen times and completed 10 Disney cruises, with two more currently booked. I love all Disney destinations and can help you determine which experience is the right fit for your family, vacation style, budget, and priorities.

We just got back from our family vacation to Disney World. It was MAGIC. EPIC. Everything went so well, and working with Susan was so amazing. We just returned from a week at Boardwalk Resort in Disney World. This is our 2nd time working with Susan, and I can honestly say we’d be lost without her. We were originally scheduled for our trip during hurricane Milton and Susan graciously took time out of her life while visiting her daughter at college to reschedule our trip and sit on the phone for hours for us. She even found us a great discount so we could stay an extra day in January than we had planned in October. We are not Disney people by any means and Susan helps us every step of the way! We just returned from our first Christmas DisneyWorld vacation and had a terrific time!
