Meet Susan
Hi! My name is Susan Heidenrich, and I live in San Antonio, Texas, with my very own Prince Charming. We have two daughters, and Disney has been part of our family story for generations.
My love of Disney began during my first visit to Walt Disney World and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in January 1974. I was six years old, and Walt Disney World was just over two years old when we first met. Even at that young age, there was something about it that made a lasting impression on me.
My husband and I visited Walt Disney World before we had children, and then we returned with our daughters almost every year as they were growing up. I have experienced Disney vacations through nearly every stage of life, from childhood trips and couples getaways to family vacations with young children, teenagers, and adults.
After more than 40 trips to Walt Disney World, my love for Disney is still going strong. There are always new experiences, restaurants, resorts, and planning strategies to discover. I have stayed at virtually every level of Disney accommodation, including Value, Moderate, Deluxe, Villa, and Club Level stays. I have also experienced many of the recreational activities Disney offers and dined at most of the restaurants throughout Walt Disney World.
I have visited Disneyland close to a dozen times and completed 10 Disney cruises, with two more currently booked. I love all Disney destinations and can help you determine which experience is the right fit for your family, vacation style, budget, and priorities.

A Truly Magical First Disney World Trip Thanks to Our Fairy Godmother, Susan!
My family and I recently returned from our very first trip to Walt Disney World, and I can honestly say it wouldn’t have been nearly as incredible without the help of our “Fairy Godmother,” Susan. From the very beginning, Susan’s expertise and meticulous planning ensured we were exceptionally well-prepared for the magic that awaited us.
Thanks to her guidance, we navigated the parks like pros, experiencing all the rides and shows we had dreamed of. A truly special highlight was when my daughter was transformed into a princess at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique – an absolutely enchanting experience! To make it even more magical, Susan arranged for her to have lunch with Cinderella afterward, a memory my daughter (and all of us!) will cherish forever. There wasn’t a single moment where we felt lost or overwhelmed, and that peace of mind allowed us to truly soak in every experience.
Susan also worked her magic in securing us a fantastic hotel. Not only was the accommodation itself wonderful, but its location was absolutely perfect. We had convenient access to all the theme parks and even Disney Springs, which made getting around a breeze.
We also took Susan’s recommendation and took advantage of the PhotoPass, and we are so glad we did! Every single picture captured was perfect, preserving our precious memories beautifully.
Every penny spent on this trip felt completely worth it, largely due to Susan’s invaluable assistance. The memories we made are priceless, and we’re already dreaming of our next Disney adventure.
