Is your family going on a Disney Cruise soon? Read for the latest Disney Cruise Line protocols that you need to be aware of!

  1. First and probably the most important change? The introduction of the Safe Passage website. It is very important that the steps outlined on Safe Passage are followed correctly, otherwise, you may NOT be permitted to board!
  2. Virtual Muster Drill – Yay! Amazing. We hope this change stays for good!
  3. Elevator restrictions to one family or two individuals.
  4. 10-minute pool time limits.
  5. The virtual queue for embarkation to Castaway.
  6. Characters are available but are roped off for distanced selfies!
  7. Venues in The District have capacity levels.
  8. Ice cream, quick-service, and drink stations are sectioned off. No self-service is permitted.
  9. Receipts now show in your Disney Cruise Line app and allow you to add additional gratuity! Loved this!
  10. In Cabanas, the blue dots are your friends. Your group stands on dots as you move thru the lines. Nothing is self-service.
  11. Kids clubs are by appointment only. Only one appointment can be made per day pre-cruise, but if slots are available you can schedule more while aboard.
  12. Only one parent is allowed to drop off and pick up kids at the kids club.
  13. Guest services and the port excursions desk are by appointment only.
  14. The Rain Forest Room is by appointment only and can only currently be made while aboard.
  15. Some spa services are available such as the hair salon, pedicures, manicures, and massages. Facials are currently NOT available.
