We headed to Universal Studios eager to start our day off saving the world as we rode one of Universal Studios newest attractions, Transformers the Ride 3D. As we approached the ride, my kids were excited when we encountered a large figure of Optimus Prime towering over the ride entrance.

We grabbed our 3D glasses and jumped into our Autobot vehicle ready to help our transformer friends make the world a safer place. Let me start by saying Universal Studios definitely know what they are doing when it comes to simulation rides. The level of detail that went into this ride is amazing. You will feel like you are a part of the movie as you are whisked from room to room as you face various transformers battling it out on 3D digital screens. Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Megatron were some of the transformers we encountered. We really felt like we were part of the action. You may also want to grab a transformer souvenir as you exit the ride through the gift shop.

This ride is a must do for bigger kids and adults when visiting Universal Studios. Whether you are a transformer toy fan, transformer movie enthusiast, or just want to ride a fun simulation ride, you will not be disappointed. You must be 48” to ride this ride. This ride is not for those that are susceptible to motion sickness.

To make your transformer adventure complete, stop by the Transformer meet and greet to have your picture made with one of your Autobot friends. They usually swap between Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Megatron.
